School has been established in 1991 and is included into the system of schools, preschool and school facilities of  the MSMT CR. The Study branch TOURISM  65 – 42 – N/001 and  INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONNECTION  are taught from October,1, 2005 in School building – address Ortenovo Square 34, Prague 7. School is represented by highest quality pedagogues. Classrooms are equipped with entire presentation technique– video, CD prayers, Reverse projectors note book and the data  projector.

School priorities

Students have to choose from the1st year 3 obligatory foreign languages. They are divided into groups on the basis of the  knowledge level. They can do state or translators exams.VOS as an unique within CR, offers besides class works in English, French, Italian, German, Spain and Russian languages  which doesn’t  offer any College: Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Finnish, Hebrew, Hindi, Dutch, Croat, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Makedonian, Mongolic, Norwegian, Persian, Portuguese, Greek, Serbian, Swedish, Thai, Vietnam.School has for all languages the original study programs at compact discs (CD-ROOM).for Asian languages on transcription Units.

The Graduates from VOS are very coveted. When English can use almost everybody in the sphere of Tourism – German Spain, Italian and French is used also very often (about 80 %). But there is increasing number of students, who can communicate in “third language” for instance in Arabic, Chinese etc…On another schools of Tourism study branch these languages are not  offered and taught at all.  VOS offers and provides training of computers technique, student can get ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) certificate. Due to knowledge of third language number of students finds the employment already during the study.

There is taught also Ecoagrotourism, subject required abroad. Other schooling corresponds with another VOS – Schools of Tourism: economy, marketing, management, psychology, sociology, banking, stock-exchange assets, laws, practice of tourism, history of culture, geography, guidance etc. Also special practice is a part of study.
